- How long will delivery take?
All orders are handled through Transit Media. Delivery normally takes 2 weeks from the time your order is placed. For items needed sooner, a $25 rush charge will apply. - Why does the educational DVD cost more?
Unlike a home video that is watched several times and then placed on a shelf, an educational DVD has the potential to be used many years into the future and shown to hundreds of students. As an independent filmmakers working outside of the Hollywood system, educational sales are one of the few ways that we’re able to recoup the costs of our films and to continue working on projects that we feel passionately about. - Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes. Feel free to fax an authorized purchase order to 845-774-2945, and we will bill you with the shipment. PO’s can also be mailed to: Transit Media Communications, 190 Route 17M, Suite D, Harriman, NY 10926 - Do you offer classroom rentals?
You can rent a DVD of the film ($90) for a three-day period for the classroom or an organization (non-paying audiences only). If you decide within 90 days of the rental show date that you’d like to own a permanent copy, the rental fee will be applied to the final purchase price. Please call 800-343-5540 to make arrangements. - What will the charge on my credit card read?
The charge on your credit card will read TRANSIT MEDIA. - I don’t trust the internet. Can I order via mail?
